Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Page With Love at pagewithlove.com, the formation and performance of digital-service agreements, complaints, and the rights and duties of users.

The service provider is Kuba Włodarczyk, operating an unregistered business under Polish law, correspondence address: ul. Wyspiańskiego, email: kontakt@livostudio.pl(the “Provider”).

These Terms are available free of charge at /terms in a form that can be saved and reproduced.

• Service — Page With Love, including its landing page, Creator and published Pages.
• Creator — a person creating and purchasing a Page, identified by email.
• Guest — a person opening a Page by link or QR code.
• Page — a personalized page published at /{slug}.
• Creator tool — the seven-step module at /create.
• Packages — Basic, Premium and 2× Premium.
• Credit — an email-linked right to activate a Premium Page without another payment.
• Active period — 15 or 30 days from activation.
• Puzzle — a question-and-answer gate protecting access to a Page.
• Wish wall — the feature allowing Guests to post short messages.

The Service lets Creators build Pages for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations and other occasions, publish them at a unique address, and share them with Guests.

No user account is created. A Creator is identified by the email entered in the Creator tool and, where applicable, the payer email returned by Stripe. Use requires internet access, a current browser and an active email address.

Before activation, the Creator must accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The Service is intended for people aged 16 or older.

Basic — $9.99: one Page, selected templates, up to 10 photos, Puzzle, Wish wall and 15 days online.

Premium — $14.99: one Page, all templates, up to 20 photos, Puzzle, Wish wall, timeline, mini quiz, hero video and 30 days online.

2× Premium — $24.99: two Premium activations linked to the checkout email. This is a real $4.99 saving compared with two separate Premium purchases.

Every activated Page includes an edit link valid for seven days. Prices are one-time charges shown in USD. The exact package scope displayed at checkout forms part of the agreement.

Slugs are globally unique across Page With Love and Dedykuj. They use 3–50 lowercase letters, numbers or hyphens. A Creator does not acquire ownership of a slug, and the Provider may block an unlawful, misleading or rights-infringing address.

The Creator submits an order after reviewing the Page and package. Stripe processes payment. Card details are not stored by the Provider. The agreement is formed when payment succeeds and the Page is activated; confirmation, QR code, Puzzle details, availability and edit link are sent by email.

A 2× Premium credit may be used on either Page With Love or Dedykuj with the same email. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another email.

Where mandatory consumer law grants a withdrawal period, activation before that period ends occurs only after the consumer requests immediate performance and acknowledges the consequences provided by applicable law. This does not limit statutory remedies for a non-conforming digital service.

Complaints may be sent to kontakt@livostudio.pl with the order email, Page address and a description of the issue. The Provider will respond without undue delay and no later than the deadline required by applicable law. Available remedies follow mandatory consumer rules.

The Creator must have all permissions required to upload names, photographs, video and other content. Illegal, abusive, infringing, malicious or privacy-violating content is prohibited. The Creator grants the Provider a limited license to store, process and display content solely to provide the Service.

Guests are responsible for wishes they post. The Provider may remove content when required for safety, law, third-party rights or reliable operation.

Users must not bypass access controls, probe infrastructure, automate abusive requests, introduce malware or interfere with other Pages. A Puzzle reduces casual access but is not a substitute for sharing only appropriate content.

The Service, code, templates, layout and branding remain protected by intellectual property law. Purchasing a package grants a limited, non-exclusive right to use the resulting Page during its Active period. Creator-owned content remains theirs.

Basic Pages are active for 15 days and Premium Pages for 30 days. Content may be retained after expiry for a limited operational, complaint and security period, then deleted or anonymized in line with the Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

The Provider is responsible under mandatory law for delivering the digital service. The Provider is not responsible for Creator or Guest content, incorrect data supplied by users, or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Contact: kontakt@livostudio.pl. The parties should first try to resolve disputes directly. Consumers may use any out-of-court procedures available to them. Governing law and jurisdiction are determined by applicable mandatory rules, including consumer rules.

The Provider may update these Terms for legal, security, technical or service changes. The version accepted at purchase continues to govern that order unless a mandatory change applies.

These Terms take effect on July 29, 2026.
