This Policy covers Creators, Guests and marketing-site visitors. Creators decide what personal content they add; Page With Love provides hosting and display. Stripe acts independently for payment data. A Creator remains responsible for having permission to publish names, images and other personal content.

• Creator email and limited transaction information returned by Stripe.
• Page content: recipient name, date, text, photos, video, timeline, quiz and wishes settings.
• Puzzle question, bcrypt answer hash and the Creator's answer copy used in the activation email.
• Technical data: slug, page ID, locale, timestamps, view count, IP address and request headers where needed for operation and security.
• Guest wishes: display name, message, emoji, timestamp and Page association.

The English Creator does not ask for gender. Existing Polish Pages may contain gender solely for Polish grammatical inflection.

Data is used to create, host, activate and edit Pages; process payment and credits; send transactional email and QR codes; protect the Service; handle support, complaints and legal obligations; and establish or defend claims. The legal basis depends on the activity and may include performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent where required.

Data may be processed by Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Telegram (internal purchase notice), Sentry (error monitoring when configured) and other necessary infrastructure providers. Transfers outside the EEA use the safeguards offered by the relevant provider and required by applicable law.

Published Pages remain active for 15 days (Basic) or 30 days (Premium). Page content and operational records may be retained for the limited period needed for recovery, support, complaints, security and legal claims, then deleted or anonymized. Payment and accounting records are retained for legally required periods. Failed drafts may be removed earlier.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Contact kontakt@livostudio.pl. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority.

Required Creator and payment data is necessary to provide the purchased Service. Optional Page content may be omitted, although this can reduce functionality. Guests do not need to provide an email to post a wish.

Page With Love does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects through automated profiling.

Measures include restricted administrative access, encrypted transport, hashed Puzzle answers, signed short-lived session and edit tokens, rate limits and service monitoring. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not place highly sensitive data on a Page.

We use only essential technical cookies. The Puzzle session cookie remembers a successful answer for up to 24 hours on the current domain. A consent-preference cookie remembers that this notice was closed. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

The Creator tool is intended for people aged 16 or older. A Creator adding content about a child must have the authority and permissions required to do so and should limit the information shared.

This Policy may change when the Service, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page. This is a faithful English translation and service-specific update, not a legal adaptation to every U.S. state.
